Long process.. many assessments.. but relatively easy. Starts with application forms, online testing including numerical and situational tests, then you make a video for them as well.. then you're invited to an assessment day.
Online test and interview. The same tests as many other public sector grad schemes like NHS, BII etc. This means you can practice it and have a go at it before you actually do it for the first time
