First there was a phone interview Then there was an assessment centre - first there was a presentation that I had prepared before hand, I had to deliver it within 10 minutes, then there was a Q&A session for about 15/20 mins about the presentation then the competency based interview for about 40 mins, then a technical interview for about 25 mins (they give you a case study and you have to answer questions about it) total time for AC ~ 2 hours Total time around a month, got a reply 2.5 weeks after AC
