The interview was on microsoft teams, fairly relaxed, safety questions are asked, the seven rules, also they ask you to number order which structures you would work on in a priority.

Applied online. Shortlisted for interview and got the interview confirmation 2 weeks after that. The interview was a paneled inteview with 2 senior engineers. The interview comprised of technical and competency questions especially Safe behaviour.

Technical question: Was shown a photo of a slip failure and asked to answer why the failure had happened?
