Interview
1st there was a phone interview.
Questions were behavioral skill based.
2nd there was a interview with the department manager and the store manager. Because this interview was successful I was taken on a tour of the store. I asked many questions to show my interest in the position.
Questions were behavioral skill based - remember lots of examples and you should be fine. I dressed very professional because Nordstorm is a big deal.

what would you do if we did not have merchandise that a customer just had to have? How would you describe Nordstrom? Name a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer?
Very easy. Hired during seasonal so as long as you have an interest in working there and can go above and beyond for a customer that is what they care about!
Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.

Great job love the manager made it through college highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fun work environment front of house of best but I always helped out on the floor to get to know the others
