Interview
Interview process consisted of a phone screen with the Hiring Manager. Then a group interview was scheduled. Also referred to as an "Audition". It was a very nice process as it felt more relaxed. Everyone was very nice & accommodating. I was nervous, but they put me at ease by letting me know they understood that having multiple people in a room can be intimidating, so to relax. They offered me water & a break in between each group interview.

Initial 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager followed by a 4 hour panel interview with 3 groups talking through my audition question. I was offer the job at the end of the interview process and received an official offer from HR the following day.

Hard! Sometimes up to 4 hours long. Group panels; one with leadership and another with peers. You may be asked to demonstrate your skills and knowledge. Homework may be assigned.
