After speaking to a few staff members at a conference, I met a manager who liked my elevator pitch. He took me aside and asked about items on my resume. He then asked me a series of technical questions. Satisfied with my answers, I was given an offer on the spot.

After applying on their website, I was called withing a few days to set up a video interview with a recruiter that wanted to reach out to me. I was given a link to connect to an online room, and the interview was about an hour asking about my work experience.
