I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Solid and transparent talent acquisition team! A series of interviews with hiring manager and HR. Looking for a general understanding of core competencies and fit with team. A bit vague on actual program to be worked. Though formal interview, the feel was more relaxed and reduced nervousness.

Interview
The interviewers were okay. Most of the questions are behavioral questions. I sent out a follow-up letter and they never got back to me. They probably don't have time to do so. However, I think this is also a part of their job.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jun 2022
Interview
Interview process was a good mix of conversation as well as technical questions, diving in to past experience and talking about how you would be a good fit for the role. They asked a couple intentionally vague questions to get a feel for my thought process and problem solving process.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Easy process. A recruiter reached out through email, and then followed up with a phone screen. I was pushed forward to a phone interview with two of the hiring managers. They asked me about my professional background and some general questions about my personal goals. Both mgrs were very nice and encouraging. I was notified a couple weeks later by the recruiter that they were moving forward to an offer.
