Discussed with managers through Skype, the role and job. We introduced ourselves. Talked about what type of work they do. Then was asked technical questions by the senior staff. Afterwards they reviewed my questions and worked out logistics.

i was called by a recruiter the week after I applied online and the interview was setup within a few days of the call. The actual interview consisted of a meeting with 5 engineers and most of the questions were about my resume and my technical qualifications.
