In the interveiw relax! the manager that interveiwed me was super nice and understanding , they ask you why old navy? what have you heard about them. they ask if you have any retail expeirence.They call the first interveiw an audition , its a group interveiw you share what your passionate about and the second interveiw is just individual.

Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.

group interview in the back of the store Assistant and store manager was present . They both asked a Couple of questions to get know the candidates
They gave me an offer 2 hours after the interview
