filled out application online got a call back within 2 days for a group interview where we did different activities to see who would be a good fit. got a call back within 2 days saying I got the job and then she set up my on boarding process where they train you for 3 days
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
