Super kind people, very down to earth and looking for quality team members. It was not the hardest interview I’ve had, but surprisingly in depth for a retail job anyway.

Very simple and friendly environment
The interview is definitely pretty straightforward and feels like a conversation once the tension at the start settles a bit. My interviewer especially liked when we avoided "um" and "i think" sort of phrases and instead really valued confidence.
The interview process was really easy they just asked how I was with customers and what clothes I liked and to pick out an outfit. They were super nice and also gave me a response right away on if I got the job

The interview process includes submitting an application, completing screenings, meeting with hiring managers, answering job-related questions, demonstrating skills, and receiving feedback before final selection and onboarding decisions are made.
