Old Navy typically responds to me within one to two weeks after application. The interview process involves a 30-minute group interview. They notified me of the hiring decision in couple of weeks after the interview.

They also gave me the task of selecting outfits and explaining how I'd persuade customers to buy them.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
