First round 45 min HR easy going call. Second round was zoom call with Department manager. Outlined interview call, ok doable until I found the hiring manager doing most of the talking while the dog was barking in the background. Talked through my background, answered some questions how I manage certain scenarios. I didn’t get to ask many questions because I was on a time limit. The interviewer said “you will be getting a case study to work on followed by panel interview” assuming they wanted me to proceed. I received an email the next day stating they were going with other candidates. It doesn’t look good as a company when you’re dishonest with your candidates. They wanted to know how I made decisions remotely but yet they can’t make a decision. Shows instability. Don’t recommend.
