Oracle Corporate Function Senior Manager Role interview questions

Interview process at Oracle could be greatly improved. If they want to recruit good people, they need to expedite the process and, more importantly, require the recruiters to provide regular updates to candidates who are in process. I applied for a role over 4 months ago and was completely ghosted, even after numerous follow ups.
