Since ,mine was a fresher selection process, it was an off campus one. First round was the Aptitude test where most of the eliminations took place. Only 15 percent of those appeared had been selected.
We were called for technical and HR interview the following day. Sine mine was a non IT educational background i was asked more logical questions than technical ones. HR was just a casual getting to know the employee process. Job offer was communicated in a weeks time.
Overall it was a smooth selection process
