went through 3 rounds only - Recruiter asked basic HR questions, HM asked questions pertaining to the role to align with my experiences. 3rd round was with the team where I was supposed to present a past-project followed by QA. Last round, everyone with cameras off - no questions - nothing. Very weird vibe.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Oracle (Pleasanton, CA) in Mar 2025
Interview
The technical coding round interview with the hiring team was pretty straight-forward and deeply technical with a mix of simple and tough questions- SQL & Python.
SQL was mostly based on JOINS (more like self joins, multiple tables, etc). Python was mostly about OOPs concept, iterations, functions. The interviewer was extremely helpful and friendly. They wanted to see the overall though process, we don't need to worry about the syntax.
