Interview
The interview process was pretty laid back. The interviewer asked a lot of behavioral questions with very minimal amounts of technical questions. There were 3 rounds of phone interviews and one in person interview before a final selections process. The whole process took about a month.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle in Jun 2024
Interview
It is not a typical Solution Engineering position but a Software Development. Interview were mostly about Programming Concepts and not about solving client facing challenges. The role description says to provide guidance but if you read between the lines the requirement is to do the client’s work. If you are a software developer, apply. If you work closely with clients to guide them, be warned. Have your front and back ends stacks ready for the interviews.
