I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Oracle
Interview
The good news at Oracle there are a lot of people involved in the process, but that is also the bad news. Too many cooks in the kitchen and it takes too long to get feedback after a call or face-to-face meeting/interview. This extended the process. After interviewing for two different sales roles that I was qualified for, and knowing they went with an internal candidate, it is clear that Oracle is not going to get the benefit of adding to their culture with outside talent.

Question 1
What skills can you bring to Oracle from your previous experience?
4 steps - HR Screening > Hiring Manager > His Boss / VP > Panel Round > HR (Negotiation). All the rounds lasted for 30 min to 45/50 min. The negotiation was long drawn.

Question 1
How were you successful with your customers and deal, being a non-native CH sales ?
Terrible process.. No engagement with the HR recruiter. The multiple interviews with the staff and hiring manager. This process seemed to be more about learning the competitive market and point of view. I would recommend caution when interviewing with Oracle. Hiring manager was unprofessional.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Burlington, MA)
Interview
It was lengthy, 4 in-person interviews and a panel. With a few folks in the room (3 different managers at the table) based on your responses there was an evaluation of which manager wanted you for which specific team.
