Had a telephonic interview first where some basic questions were asked and was then called down for a f2f interview. Had 2 rounds of interview after 2 days in their campus. I was asked 6-7 question on java and selenium And was given a positive feedback. Was then moved to next round which was discussion with a SM and I thought it was an HR round . Asked again few question and said will be called again if qualified. Never got a call again after that even when my interview was very good. One advice please let the candidate know his feedback instead of saying we will get back to you. Also if CTC or number of years in prev company is an issue, don’t call candidates and waste their time. Do resume screening properly
