Interview
The interview process is composed of three interviews: HR, Hiring Manager and BU Director. You have to pass each interview in order to qualify for the next one. The focus of each interview is different, HR is interested in your personal characteristics, strengths and weaknesses, the Hiring Manager is interested in your hard and soft skills and the BU Director is interested in checking your understanding of the business you're about to step in.

Why should we hire you for this position? Don't be cocky here, they'll interpret that as a negative point to your profile. One suggestion is to mention that you like the Company and its culture, and has the qualifications to contribute to the business in a very positive way.
Prescreen was easy but i don see it too much for me to understand it but I still don’t know what to think about this position and the situation of the team in general but I’m excited to see what the future holds
Three step process interview and last round is a longer day of rounds with different people at the company. This SuperDay is in collaboration with plenty of other interviewees as well
The interview process at Oracle was professional and well-organized. After applying online, I was invited to a virtual group interview where I had the chance to collaborate with other candidates and answer behavioral questions. The recruiters did a good job of making the environment feel welcoming and gave everyone an opportunity to speak.
The focus was mostly on communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving. It wasn’t overly technical, but they were looking for candidates who could think on their feet and work well in a team setting.
