No respect for the candidates at all!
One phone screen, then HR sent a coding challenge that you have 3 days to complete. I waited more than a month for any reply although I asked for. No reply at all. So I run my code and find out my codes had been never run. How I know, because my framework (I sent them) was creating a new membership on a particular website and my data had never sighed up. Why are you sending a code challenge that you are not going to run? Why are you taking my time for nothing? So disrespectful!
It was a good and fast interview. Very straight to the point and professional. My experience in Oracle has been the best interview I had. The interviewer in the Philippines was very well spoken, makes sure that I get the updates as soon as possible. They're very open to questions.

I was sent with an email with a link for the quiz then I passed it and selected an available date for the interview but it got delayed as it gets cancelled due to the schedule of the recruiter

Interview
One technical round and one managerial round. Technical round involves coding and manual testing questions. The technical round was quite normal, it's was not as difficult as I thought. But managerial round was very tough, it took 45 min.
