I applied online. I interviewed at Oracle (Frankfurt am Main) in Oct 2020
Interview
It took one month in total. It consisted of 4 relatively short rounds. 1- 1-hour standard talk with a recruiter. 2- 30 mins interview about who are you and what is your relevant experience and some follow up questions (prepare the pros and cons or OCI) 3- 1-hour technical interview - not very hard, asking typical questions of when to go for what architecture or technology, why and what are the risks, etc. 4- 1-hour presenting a target architecture and implementation strategy for a cloud migration project - in form of a case study.
One telephonic - asked technical related questions. Later one onsite with 5 folks - questions ranging from technical skills, solution skills, reporting and program management. Given a problem statement , interviewer asked to find solutions. I came up with options listing pros and Cons.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2018
Interview
The interview process was so unclear and messy. They did not had the correct panel ready for interview. I was the very first person they interviewed for the role. After the recruiters screening, I had a telephonic interview with the senior architect. I answered all his questions. there was no response from them for some time, I kept on following up with recruiter every week, all she used to say is that the position is kept on hold and they are still interviewing people. After more than a month, she says they have moved on with other candidates
