Interview
I applied and getting interviewed.
There was only one round (Technical+Managerial).
The interview was good but didn't receive any call till 1.5 months. I contacted HR but she didn't reply.
After dropping 2-3 emails she replied that my feedback is pending from the hiring manager (after 1.5 months). After few days when I again asked for my candidature status, she direct send me a mail like "Thank you for taking the time to participate in our interview process. We enjoyed the opportunity to interact with you and appreciate your interest in a career at Oracle, India.
After careful consideration, we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed any further with your candidature at this time."
Dear HR's. At least timely respond to those who have been interviewed.
When we have a good interview we expect a call. Not like silly mails and replies.
Please change some trends in yourself. Requesting.
It's horrible that after a great interview there is no call.
Applied directly to the career portal and got the call for the interview. After the rounds recruiter didn’t pick the call
