Standard, strict but un personal and not honest. I don’t the process was that unique, there wasn’t enough that the recruiter could give me to learn about the role. The questions were basic and the recruiter seemed uninterested.

took about a month overall. very smooth and easy. the last interview was with three different people and we had to do a mock up sales call in the end to see how you overcome objections

Fui chamada para uma entrevista no feriado, aceitei porque era remotamente, 1h antes a pessoa me mandou mensagem perguntando se eu aceitaria participar pois era feriado, eu disse que sim aceitaria o que fosse melhor para ele.
Pois fizemos o tempo todo o coordenador da vaga reclamou porque estava fazendo entrevista no feriado, bocejando, e disse que não era habitual. Perguntei como era o processo em trabalhar na oracle, formato de trabalho, não tive explicação. Perguntei se haveria retorno do processo porque pra mim seria interesse ter retorno. Ele confirmou claro damos retorno sim em 1 semana. Não me falou de salário e benefícios. Passados 2 meses, estou sem retorno até hoje. Sensação da entrevista muito chata, pois estudei a Oracle para o processo estava bem animada e empolgada e não tive um retorno de uma empresa deste porte.
