Interview with HR, then management, than a presentation in front of a panel.
The presentation is very important and you need to prepare and make a great impression. It can be any subject desired, but it's preferred to have some connection to IT.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Austin, TX) in Jul 2021

Interview with recruiter. Asking more qualifying questions.
Then it is with hiring manager. Video call that lasts a hour.
Then it is a video call with a panel where you pitch them a product. Afterwards a decision is made.

Technical round two session and one HR. HR will specify the role and discuss expectations, but after you qualify the technical rounds they will negotiate. It initiates a negative impresession for such an big organisation.
