Interview
Interview will start with a screening call followed by an interview with the org president. Then you will finish up with meeting the managers with open spots, this is where a manager will select you for their team.

Tell me a time when you had to deal with a disgruntled customer and how did you respond.
Screening with Recruiter and 1st stage with HM. No feedback after interview, even after following with an email still no feedback which is a shame for such a big name.

fast and quick with detailed description of job responsibility and outlines by the hiring manager. expectations were set and aligned and the company followed through. Longer process than some but manageable.
