I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Oxford University Press (New York, NY) in Oct 2013
Interview
After giving my resume to someone I knew in HR, I was able to get a phone interview right away. Be wary, they asked me about how much I wanted to make which is a known interviewer trick. I had another quick phone interview and then was offered an in person interview. The vibe was slightly more casual than some other publishers but definitely wear a suit or similar nice garment.
it was good and engaging, lots to learn and experience, the interviewer were welcoming, asked nice and probing questions. made me feel included and heard my opinions as well. would like to work for them in the future
Lengthy and time consuming given the level of the job and the poor salary - if you have such a stringent interview process, you're probably undervaluing the job position. Interviewers were friendly, though.

An editor test ( email writing + cover editing) ,if you qualify the first round then there will be an interview, ( situational questions would be asked) could be taken by your lead, foreign heads altogether
