My interview process lasted about 2 months after the initial email. I received an interview with HR and almost immediately scheduled a follow up email with the hiring manager, both of which seemed very interested, honest, and involved. About 5 weeks later and I have yet to hear anything back, not even a reply to the multiple thank you and follow up emails to multiple HR employees. An automated rejection email would be better than nothing.
