applied through recruiter, phone interview competency based questions nothing overly difficult, assessment center for day long team project with interview and presentationat the end.. included technical test and IQ test not overly difficult, ended with presentation to employees about idea to increase revenue. gave good insight into how what skills required for the role would be

Communication was done through a recruitment agency, but all contact was swift and helpful. Received offer of telephone interview, was invited to an assessment day about a month later, then a final interview a week later. All interviewers were extremely helpful and interested.
