I got a phone call a couple of weeks after submitting my application online. It basically ended up being a phone interview, where I was asked about whether I would be available for shifts between the hours of 7am and 2am; whether I was comfortable with annual leave blackout dates, like Cheltenham and New Year's Day; I was advised the salary is €10.30 per hour, but was subject to review after the probationary period; then, I was asked about my Customer Support experience. After this, I was invited to an assessment a few days later, but was unable to attend as the working hours didn't work with my family life.
