I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies
Interview
We just went over my resume and discussed the work that I was doing and the most challenging task that I'm proud of. The interview then briefed me about Palantir and a day in the life of Forward Deployed Engineer. I had some Q and A after which we jumped at the coding challenge.
Phone interview was fairly straight forward.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Parse a csv file while honoring quotes, so that "blah, meh" is treated as one column.
Applied on their website and then received an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone screening. I expected to be interviewed by the recruiter (the person who sent me the email) but instead was called by one of their engineers.

Question 1
They asked me what was the hardest challenge I solved and then asked how SLAM works.
Had a chat with HR and then a technical interview with an engineer. They gave some some quite normal leatcode type questions that I had to answer to continue to the next steps.

Interview
I have so far completed the 20 minute recruiter call, which was an easy behavioral. They asked me what I'm looking for in a job and what I do at my current role.
