I was initially contact by recruiter via email to give me information on a position that I may be suited for. From there, a phone interview was set up. This interview was a standard HR interview, with a few average level technical problems. The interview process and next step were explained. Process and contact was slow and took a long time.

The process included two phone screens, two technical rounds (one DSA and one learning decomposition), and a hiring manager interview. They had my email wrong, so I kept getting notified only a day before interviews, which really sucked.

The interview process was straightforward and well-organized. I first had a short screening call, followed by a virtual technical interview with the hiring team. Everyone I spoke with was professional and clear about expectations, which helped the process feel smooth and comfortable.

Talked about past internships and projects.
Talked about motivations for working in Palantir and what areas are interesting. Also talked about what you look for when choosing where to work.
