This was my second interview with the company in 3 years. Both time I put in hours and finished to the last stage but was told I am not a good fit without providing any feedback or specific reasons. The interviewers were great and I believe my interviews went well overall - however, Palantir is the only company that refused (ignored) to provide any feedback despite the hours I put in on 4-5 one-hour interviews. First time, I assumed it was a one off case where the recruiter was too busy, but there is a pattern here. I really like the company but will be demotivated to ever apply again.
