First contact by phone. Rushing through the normal questions, why this position, why this company. Than interview via Skype. Contact with changing people in HR. No HR represenative in the interview. Interviewer only stick to their question sheet. No open questions. Where not able to answer questions about the daily tasks and overall opjectives of the team, allthough they were senior. Overall mixed experience.
Offered possible wage below industry standard for a team leader. Expect call center atmosphere.
Overall mixed experience. Wouldn´t have taken a position there, if offered.
