Interview
Unsolicited outreach from HR led to a first call just talking about the company, no substantial questions. Went as far as saying our team does not have time off for Fall Holidays given the type of business it supports. The next call with the same HR person was a bit more of an interview but quickly went into the next step of taking assessments. What I found odd is this job is posted continuously. The reason from HR is they are constantly 'promoting' people. However, that means they are either very top heavy...or the more likely reason is they have a ton of churn. That tends to be confirmed from comments here on Glassdoor. But, HR didn't want me to take those posts serious when I inquired and pointed me to another 'employee review' site which was "much more positive".

The assessments: One was a basic excel and another one of those time bound logic/IQ tests.
