I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (Miami, FL) in Mar 2025
Interview
The initial screening process begins with a couple phone interviews conducted by a regional recruiter. This is followed by interviews with the sales manager of the Miami office and then the regional VP of sales. While the process can be nerve-wracking, carefully following the recruiter's instructions and THOROUGH preparation will set you up for success. They are seeking someone who can truly impress them, so aim to leave a strong impression whether it's through a compelling story, your experience, or any other standout qualities you can showcase.

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (San Luis Obispo, CA) in Oct 2021
Interview
3 Interviews: recruiter, manager, and VP of the region. Very well organized, and practical with some easy-to-expect questions and curve balls. I was happy with the process overall. There is also a phone screening before interviews.
