I applied online got an interview within the same week you get to pick date & time then they email you that your still being considered then in the next day or so got an email that they filled the position

How did you prepare yourself for a position where you were unfamiliar with?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Aug 2016
Interview
After I submitted my online application, I was emailed a week letter about being offered an interview. I called in to schedule an in person interview for the following week. During the interview I completed a 45min physical test and a 10 minute interview mainly asking about precious driving experience, pretty easy. After the process I was offered the job I received a contingent email offer 3 days letter from the company.

2. Emailed 2 days later to schedule a face to face interview the next week
3. Interview took 15 minutes
4.Recieved a call 4 days later (missed it) and email extending a contingent offer
5. Fill out forms emailed and take a drug test at the facility
6.Recieved start date 6 days later
