    Pros

    Looks good on your CV

    Cons

Bullying is ignored, reporting it means repercussions, never heard of so many people be put on performance improvement plans which ultimately force them to leave or be dismissed. If you don't look right, sound right, you will be quickly discarded of - regardless of awards and how good you are at your job. No support for personal problems and no understanding - calious approach. DO NOT WORK HERE.

I have been working at PepsiCo (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people in the factories, really friendly. Most of them care about working in the factory, and have pride to work there.

    Cons

New structures with fewer people in an effort to be lean increases the pressure and workload on the people, with the result that turnover of staff has increased dramatically with the loss of many great people that most other firms would fight to keep.

    Advice to Management

The management really need to understand why people are leaving and the pressure that they are putting people under. Mental stress is going to increase if they don't.
