    I worked at PepsiCo full-time

    Pros

    Decent pay package and car.

    Cons

Treated like a number. The majority of management who have been there for years have been brainwashed. Constantly being watched like a hawk and felt like they were waiting to catch you out on anything. No trust at all. Not much scope for progression unless you live in London and your face fits. It used to be a decent enough place to work but now it's very stressful and not a nice place to work at all which is why I left. Best thing I did.

    Advice to Management

Treat SDRs with respect and they will work a hell of a lot harder for you.

    Pros

    Looks good on your CV

    Cons

Bullying is ignored, reporting it means repercussions, never heard of so many people be put on performance improvement plans which ultimately force them to leave or be dismissed. If you don't look right, sound right, you will be quickly discarded of - regardless of awards and how good you are at your job. No support for personal problems and no understanding - calious approach. DO NOT WORK HERE.

    Advice to Management

Don't be surprised when someone takes you to court.
