Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me to walk through my past experience and explain how I approach problem-solving in real scenarios.
Spoke to initial HR via phone. She knew I was perfect match for job so she passed me on to HR Business Partner & Hiring Manager. Hiring Manager couldn't make interview so met just with HR. I was then scheduled with Hiring Manager and that's when things got cruddy. I was told I would meet just with Manager but when we got on meeting she said she was waiting for HR. I told her I didn't think HR was coming and she got snippy like "don't tell me my business". She put me on mute and was on another call for almost 20 minutes. Think it pertained to my interview but who knows. She was new and seemed very disorganized and was leading a major IT project in America (which I have done for 2 large companies) but they told me I lacked experience needed for job. I was employed so I would've turned it down anyway. Pretty sure that project was a failure based on this experience.
