The interview was very well put together. We were able to talk as well as get through situational questions. They used the star method and expected a specific example to tie to each question asked.

How have you reacted when given a last minute task? In what ways have you stepped up to lead others? What motivates you?
Pretty simple process. I had 2 rounds, one was a behavioral interview with around 5 questions. The second was a meeting with the hiring manager that was very relaxed. Overall, it was smooth and they got back to me pretty quickly.
There was a informational session before first interview, outlined the process. The interviewer only asked behavioral questions. There was only 1 interview for the entire process. Overall, it was super simple.
One interview that is a screening and is very quick and to the point. I would suggest going to all the events that happen before then to make sure you have the best shot though.
