Fue largo el proceso, fueron 3 filtros (3 entrevistas) y todas fueron técnicas y la experiencia previa en otros proyectos. Antes de recibir la carta oferta primero te mandan a hacer exámenes médicos. Aproximadamente 4 semanas duro todo el proceso.

2+Phone interviews, one with HR, 1 or 2? with the Hiring manager plus the terrible personal interview. The HR interview was average and also the professional interview with the hiring manager was ok via phone but then the surprise came. I expected to travel for the personal interview just for some little details to discuss etc and it was just shared the evening (when the recruiter called) before that actually it is a day long assessment cycle to expect. For the personal interview a totally irrelevant case study was given to me to present in a limited time. The subject matter was nothing to do with my professional area. The presentation of the case study was listened by a group of emotionless people. The atmosphere of the interview was really bad or even embarrassing or rude that I will never forget for sure. Also the interviewers were rude, not creating any interest in the company at all.
