Straight forward interview, three rounds. 1) recruiter, 2) hiring manager, 3) panel with scientific presentation. Overall smooth and welcoming vibe. This was for a contracting role so I assume FTE positions have a more rigorous process.

Interview
Interviewed for a contract position. I only had one phone call with the Director and he made me an offer. Literally the easiest interview I ever had. He told me before I got off the call he was going to make an offer. Offer was lower than I expected but I accepted as it allowed me to diversify my experience.

Interview
You will go through a series of interviews. At least one is with Atrium (the company Pfizer contracts through). This is similar to an HR interviews. You will also interview with the hiring manager and potentially others on the team you might join.
