Two online test, one video interview. The first assessement verified my numerical reasoning abilities: there were 18 question in 30 minutes (it was quite difficult, but not impossible). The second one wanted to investigate my beaviour in different situations: I had to choose, among 4 different answers, the best choise and the worst one.

Candidatura su Linkedin, poi una prima chiamata con una HR. Successivamente via mail si accede ad un test online attitudinale e poi una videocall con due ingegneri, uno di prototipazione e l'altro ingegnere di processo.
primero una entrevista con rh, después citados en las instalaciones para resolver un caso de la empresa y fue en 4 horas por la mañana, se resolvió en equipo y otra parte en individual
