Question 1
Tell me a time you had to take a job that was challenging
It was good, friendly staff, diverse team structure. Currently expanding their business model and new projects coming up. Interview said phone interview but then it was a teams video call
Potentially a great company to work for, but a poor interview experience. Terrible communication, inconsistent to non-existent follow up, both recruiter and hiring team. Vastly nonresponsive unless for their internal scheduling needs, but never respond to candidate inquiries. As a top candidate, hard to imagine the internal experience as great while the candidate experience is unimpressive. Highly doubt I would pursue them in a candidate's market.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Philip Morris International (Kyiv, Kyiv) in Jul 2021
Interview
Long, unclear, no feedback after 3 interviews and tasks completed. Not a pleasant experience, lost time. Hence, very likely unexplained reasons. I heard in some other countries it may be easier. No opportunity to work online.
