Interview
The interview process was inefficient and unnecessarily time-consuming. It began with a screening round, followed by a discussion with the hiring manager, then multiple cross-functional interviews (which could have been consolidated into a panel), and finally, a case study round. It appeared that the hiring team lacked clarity on the specific type of candidate they were seeking. They also did not adequately assess the essential skill sets early in the process, requiring candidate to go through all the rounds only to be rejected later due to skills that did not get demonstrated.

Recruiter screen went very quickly, so quickly I could not tell whether I did well or not. She didnt ask any follow up questions, so I couldnt tell how she was assessing me or not either.

Interview
final round was very challenging - 6 people on call that were drilling in terms of challenging client questions. Up to then the other rounds were good. Ended up not getting the offer.
