PokerStars Customer Support Representative interview questions

Very friendly. Telephone interview, technical and then Zoom call. The interview was around an hour. Basic question, previous job experience. As part of the interview process you may be asked to complete a presentation/task depending on the role language speaking candidate, your skills will be tested accordingly.

Firstly there were two assignments, then a phone interview that lasted for around 15 minutes, with basic questions, the interviwer was extremely polite and made me feel calm and comfortable answering the questions, then I was invited to an on site interview with 2 managers and 1 HR person, the interview was fairly easy and the managers very professional. At the end a HR person showed me the building and the facilities available. I was call a few hours later with a offer and accepted it.
