I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Post Office (Belfast, Northern Ireland)

I applied online for the position
I used their application form as I did not have my cv ready
I got an email to say they had received the application
I then got an email to say I was successful and got an interview date. I was on holiday during my original date and they kindly changed it to the following week
I had my interview on the Monday and got a phone on the Tuesday saying I got the job. Lovely people.

You have to apply online. You upload a CV and cover letter.
They asked a couple of competency-based questions such as what do you know about WHSmith / Post Office. Also, they asked you to fill up a redirection form based on the info that they gave.
