Pretty short interview process. A phone screen with the recruiter, an interview with the director, and an interview with the hiring manager. Offer came pretty quickly after that. No team panel interview.

Interview
Recruiter called to setup time for phone interview. Since we had been playing phone tag, when the recruiter finally reached me, we ended up doing the phone interview at that time. The recruiter then setup an in person interview with the hiring manager. The in person interview was with the hiring manager and other people in similar roles.
