Applied online with cover letter and resume and was asked to take an IQ test which focused on identification of pattern questions. Then I was notified I had been selected for phone interviews. The phone interview was about 45 minutes long and focused on behavioral questions as well as why I wanted to work for P&G. After passing this section, I was invited to Cincinnati for in person interviews. There, I had a panel interview with 2 people and another IQ test. About 2 weeks after I received an offer from P&G. I had to take a drug test before the offer became final.
