The interview process was made of 3 rounds of interviews. The questions were motivational and situational, mainly focused on assessing if the interviewee is in line with the Procter & Gamble culture.

3. A situation where it requires teamwork, how did it progress and what was the outcome?
4. Conflicts encountered and how do you bring it to agreement at last?
Applied online, was later contacted by the HR for the interview. First interview lasted for 15-20 mins, mostly behavioral questions. I was later invited for another 3 interviews, all the three interviews asked behavioral questions. Basically, the just wanted to know more about whats there on your resume and why you'd fit in their company.

Initial reasoning test in the company's premises, then if you pass, you get 2 interviews with managers. Interviews lasted for approximately 2 hours each and were unstructured and mainly behavioral, although they asked me some basic finance stuff.
